Privacy Policy for TallyBloom

Effective date: July 9, 2026

TallyBloom is a local-first habit tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information TallyBloom Handles

TallyBloom lets you create and manage habits on your device. The app may store the following information locally:

Local Storage Only

TallyBloom does not require an account and does not send your habit data to our servers. Your habit data is stored locally on your device using the app's private storage.

No Analytics, Ads, or Tracking

TallyBloom does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party services that collect your personal information.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, TallyBloom may ask for notification permission. This permission is used only to show local habit reminder notifications on your device. Reminder information is not shared with us.

Device Backup

Depending on your Android settings, your device or Google account may back up app data. This is controlled by Android and your device settings, not by TallyBloom. You can manage backup behavior in your device settings.

Data Deletion

You can delete habits inside the app. You can also remove all TallyBloom data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

TallyBloom is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

TallyBloom stores data in the app's private local storage. No method of storage is perfect, but because TallyBloom does not transmit your habit data to our servers, your information remains under your device's control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
